SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

TASKS:
• Receiving tickets from users (using BMC system);
• Visits to clients for diagnostic and troubleshooting;
• Establishing solving methods;
• Maintain and troubleshoot network equipment (routers, switches, servers);
• Install, configure, troubleshoot and repair computers, printers, VoIP phones and other peripheral devices;
• Managing user and computers accounts using Microsoft Active Directory;
• Retrieve the customer equipment to be fixed or replaced in case of necessity;
• Set up new equipment printers, computers, scanners;
• Identifying connectivity problems and replacement of patch cords or transceivers from switch;
• Migration of equipment in new locations;
• Configure phone systems (VOIP or TOIP);
• Decommissioning equipment (computers);
• Service and maintenance for generators.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience is a similar position (military background would be an advantage);
• Experience in end-user equipment (workstations, phones, printers, scanners) administration;
• Experience in Network/IT Administration;
• Good level of English (speaking and writing);
• Very good customer skills.
