• Answering Service Desk phone calls;
• Creating incident and service tickets in ticketing tool;
• Provide 1 st level support to users.
• Spoken English & French;
• Broad IT knowledge from a Service Desk point of view;
• MS workstation side products;
• Mobile workstations and communication means knowledge;
• Broad IT knowledge;
• Knowledge of Service Management software (BMC Remedy).
